Gather used towels: Place all used towels in the shower/laundry room.
Dishes: Place all used dishes in the sink - the cleaning team will ensure they are cleaned and put away.
Throw trash away: Place all trash in provided garbage bags and tie them shut. Place the tied garbage bags on the patio.
Furniture: If you moved any furniture during your stay, place the furniture back where you found it.
Pool equipment: If you used any pool equipment during your stay, such as the cleaning robot, place it back where you found it or on the charger.
Turn things off: Turn off all lights, TVs, and fans before leaving.
Lock up: Close and lock the front door before leaving.
Item return: Place the key back in the lockbox - if these items are missing, there will be an $85 charge to replace them.
Thermostat: Set the thermostat to Cool, Fan Auto, and 75 degrees before leaving. Also close all blinds to prevent the sun from warming the home too much before the next guest's arrival.
